In this role, you will:

  • Provide hands-on leadership and oversight of core accounting operations, managing and mentoring a team of four experienced accounting professionals
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee audit coordination, compliance activities, and documentation to support internal and external reviews
  • Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and efficiencies across the department
  • Partner with executive and operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decisions
  • Deliver actionable financial insights that support organizational performance and long-term success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • CPA designation preferred
  • Prior experience in senior living and/or multi-family property accounting is strongly preferred
